However, amidst the excitement and busy schedules, it’s crucial to prioritise their well-being through self-care practices. In this blog, we’ll explore some essential tips that will help ensure your health and well-being at summer camp and let you have a fulfilling and rejuvenating experience.

Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is the foundation of good health and well-being. In the middle of summer camp activities and late-night fun, it’s easy to overlook the importance of quality sleep. However, it’s crucial for teenagers to aim for 8-9 hours of sleep each night to recharge and rejuvenate their bodies. Adequate sleep improves mood, concentration, and overall physical health, enabling you to fully enjoy and engage in outdoor camp activities.

Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration is essential, especially during the hot summer months. Drinking enough water helps regulate body temperature, maintain energy levels, and prevent dehydration.
