For young travellers on our summer school programs, this means staying hydrated, protecting against the sun, getting enough sleep, and finding time to relax.

Dubai – Hydrate and Sun Protection

Dubai‘s glittering skyline and adventurous desert safaris are breathtaking. However, the heat can be intense. Staying hydrated is crucial, and young travellers should always have a water bottle on hand at their summer camps in Dubai. Applying high SPF sunscreen and wearing a hat are also non-negotiables.

London – Layer Up and Rest

The ever-changing weather in London calls for versatile clothing. Layering is key so you can adjust easily to sudden rain or sunshine. Also, with a packed itinerary that could include visits to the British Museum or a spin on the London Eye, getting enough rest is vital.

Mauritius – Respect Nature and Enjoy the Water

In the tropical paradise of Mauritius, respecting the environment is a part of self-care. When snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters, remember to look at but not touch the marine life.
