Our adventure camp in beautiful Braunwald is not just about fun (although there’s plenty of that!). It’s a place where you’ll learn valuable leadership skills that will help you to progress on your entrepreneurship journey. And the best part? You’ll be learning while hiking through the Swiss Alps, pitching creative ideas in fun challenges, and living epic adventures! Here are those five essential leadership skills:

Shark Tank Group Activities – Ever had a brilliant idea but felt too nervous to share it? In our Shark Tank challenge, you’ll work in teams to come up with a cool business idea, pitch it, and compete to win! You’ll practice public speaking, teamwork, and thinking on your feet—just like real entrepreneurs!
Storytelling Sessions – Leaders know how to tell stories that inspire people. Our storytelling activities help you express yourself better, speak with confidence, and connect with others in an engaging way.
Movie Night – Watching inspiring films about leadership and teamwork will help you see how confidence plays a big role in success. Plus, it’s a great way to relax and bond with your new friends!

Zurich Old Town Treasure Hunt – Imagine exploring the charming streets of Zurich while working in a team to solve riddles and complete challenges! This activity teaches you teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication in a super fun way.
Dance Night & Disco Night – Express yourself through music, let loose, and celebrate friendships! Even if you’re shy at first, you’ll leave the dance floor feeling more confident and connected.
By the time your vacation is over, you’ll be a pro at making new connections and expressing yourself like a true leader!
Leaders make decisions every day, whether it’s solving problems, choosing strategies, or guiding a team. At our leadership camps in Switzerland, you’ll practice decision-making through exciting real-world activities:
Laser Tag Hike – Imagine running through the Swiss mountains, strategising with your team, and making split-second decisions to win the game! This thrilling adventure helps you think fast, work under pressure, and make smart choices—just like a leader.
Hike to the Mountain Hut – Hiking isn’t just about enjoying nature; it’s also about making the right choices along the way. What’s the best route? How do you support your teammates? This experience will sharpen your decision-making skills while giving you stunning views of the Alps!
Adventure Park Visit – While we won’t be climbing the obstacles, just being in this exciting environment will teach you how to assess risks, stay focused, and step out of your comfort zone—essential skills for any leader.
