After the airboat ride, the excitement continues with a guided park tour. This is where you’ll get up, close and personal with the wildlife.
The airboat ride is undoubtedly one of the main attractions at the park. These flat-bottomed boats have special designs to navigate the Everglades’ shallow waters and provide a thrilling way to explore the endless expanse of sawgrass and mangroves. Your guide will share interesting facts about the ecosystem and point out various wildlife species, including birds, fish, and, of course, the famous Florida alligator. You might see alligators, turtles, and even rare bird species like the Roseate Spoonbill or the Great Blue Heron.
